earlier in the morning, I had an online exam.
It went very well. Until I messed up everything.
You see, I had made a deal with a friend earlier.
According to the deal, we were going to help each other pass the exams.
I completed a local language test, it was a breeze as I can speak the language pretty well and the syllabus is designed for non-native speakers.
I quickly took the screenshots of each of the 20 question and its answers.
Everything was perfect, I was expecting an A+ and I was ready to forward them to my friend.
I selected all of the screenshots, clicked the share button, and sent them on whatsapp.
Except, I didn't send it to my friend.
I accidentally shared it in my official class group!
As I had sent a large number of screenshots, our teacher's phone, which was visible in the meet, started getting the notifications.
And soon I realized what I had done!
In fact everyone realized. Even the teacher!
He asked me what the hell I was doing, thankfully I had a quick and satisfactory response, which excused me.
Sir: Kareem?! What are you doing? Why did you send these in the group.
Me: (quickly coming up with a good excuse) Sir, I took the screenshots with the intention of using them for review and future exams.
Unfortunately, something went wrong with my tab and it all got shared in the class group.
Sir: Ok, just quickly delete them! Real quick!
Me: Sure sir!
And I quickly deleted all of them.
My friend later told me that the sir wasn't the type of person to make a drama out of it and would give me the benefit of the doubt as my response was quick and satisfactory.
The only problem is that another subject teacher was present in class at the time, and he's a bit unpredictable, so I'm a bit nervous.
So to answer your question, the most panic-inducing thing that can happen as a teenager is getting caught cheating.
